People need energy and energy matters to everyone.  However as world populations change, new technologies emerge, and political climates evolve, there are challenges that must be recognized and overcome to deliver economical, safe, reliable, and environmentally acceptable energy supplies.  Outlook for Energy is ExxonMobil's annual strategic assessment of global energy demand and supply and the factors affecting them.  As a member of ExxonMobil's Strategic Planning Department, Mr. Onderdonk will address the issues and trends facing our energy future.
