David S. Arbuckle is vice President of External Affairs for Texas Central. His topic is 'Developing a High Speed Railway, Connecting Dallas to Houston'. Texas Central Partners is a private company bringing transformational projects to Texas that advances the economy, respects Texas values and keeps our state on track for future growth. their work is focused on developing a new high-speed passenger rail system using a proven, world-class technology that will provide a travel time of less than 90 minutes.
